STORM Karate
Ages 7-9
The STORM (Special Team of Role Models) classes are geared toward the middle-school age group and focus on the skills these students need to excel in school, at home and in the dojo. Students explore principle and technique through forms and drills, while developing confidence and responsibility. We place emphasis on the importance of leadership and compassion, as well as self-esteem and focus.
This is where the students start to transition their very basic understanding to learning traditional Okinawan karate. Our instructors guide them carefully and gently during the crucial development ensuring that each child has the opportunity to advance and grow.
